I've removed the prod as I think it does meet the GNG. I think there's a reading of significant that can be pursued too aggressively, and there's a balance with WP:PURPOSE that gets lost. This is a decent stub article that informs readers. What more can you want from an encyclopaedia article? It's sourced, has a precis of the facts and leaves the curious enlightened. Arguments against inclusion amount to I don't like it as much as arguments for inclusion amount to I like it, but then take that off the table and you are left with asking, where's the harm in this article?
