Added information about the establishment of the Regents in the Statutes, but perhaps this should be moved to a seperate section, or moved or a Sources or External Links section. Also listed the source of a piece of quoted text describing the role of Regents which was from the Statutes, but I am open to the possibly of a better way to indicate the source (sources section?) --Millueradfa
