Inaccuracy of reading has the physical meaning. comment 3: If the inaccuracy is e.g. 0.5 % than the accuracy is 99.5 %. Don't mix both! comment 4: The word "Error" has been abandoned for some time now. "Deviation" is the more adequate word in use nowadays.
