Scott McKenzie info deleted
editI reverted to the previous version because someone deleted all reference to Scott McKenzie with no comment. The article did not make sense given the new edit, and the person who edited it did not identify him/herself.
If the person who did this edit still wants the Scott McKenzie information deleted, along with a fair use sampling of the lyric to "San Francisco," (which appear other places on Wikipedia with no problem) please explain. Thanks. Founders4 04:57, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
summer of love
editi believe this article should talk more about the summer of love, since they said this is the origin of flower child. so yeah. PEACE<333 Bananacheer725 (talk) 00:17, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
Citation/Link required for ...most famous photos from the 1960s is of a young girl sliding a flower down the muzzle of a bayonetted rifle ..."
editThe statement makes a very specific claim with no direction towards a source and/or link to the photograph. Some efforts on my part to find such a photograph on the People's Park website and other generic sources (google, live search) did not help.
"One of the most famous photos from the 1960s is of a young girl sliding a flower down the muzzle of a bayonetted rifle wielded by a National Guardsman assigned to guard People's Park on May 30, 1969."

External links modified
editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Flower child. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
- Attempted to fix sourcing for http://www.erowid.org/library/books_online/summer_of_love.pdf
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).
