Lowest period of the war
editIn the lead it says "during the lowest period of the war for both the U.S. and the Allied Forces" this is not so. Things were much lower afer the defeat of France (when memebers of the Britih cabinate considered putting out peace feelers). By this period of the war things for Britain were not so dark; as Winston Churchill said on hearing of the attack on Pearl Harbour he "went to bed and slept the sleep of the saved" because he realized that now Britain and her allies could not loose the war. So I think that this wording needs to be alterd. — PBS (talk) 11:08, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
Polish figter pilot.
editThere was one pilot from Poland, Witold Urbanowicz. He was fighting volunteerly (as a guest) against Japan from September 1943 to December 1943. I think there is nothing about him in this article. 217.96.180.64 (talk) 08:33, 2 December 2023 (UTC)
