ITB
editThe article says "A common misconception is to use this technique for the iliotibial band." and at the same time refers to the Foam Rolling Guide at http://www.customstrength.com/foamrollguide.pdf which instructs to exercise the ITB. Doesn't it show a contradiction? --Mloskot (talk) 10:01, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
Gretchlovespizza (talk) 21:49, 29 April 2015 (UTC)I'm a student at a university and I plan on contributing to this page. I'm hoping to write about the history of foam rollers, other uses of foam rollers, what a foam roller is, how to use a foam roller, talk about what muscle groups a foam roller can target, and talk about the mistakes people make when using a foam roller.
Foam Rolling
editThere should be a Controversy section because foam rolling is just stupid and another form of "Self-therapy", also a social trend. and those who have published information on the Internet on foam rolling are not medical professionals. Should be added in article if necessary that foam rolling is most commonly associated with yoga but done so under supervision of a a instructor. 96.40.157.171 (talk) 19:52, 29 October 2017 (UTC)
