Case name
editI am thinking of moving this article to Fogerty v. Fantasy, Inc., which is how the case is usually cited and referred to. Any thoughts? Newyorkbrad (talk) 00:24, 25 September 2013 (UTC)

Not As Clear as Old Man Down the Road page
editThe page on the song, The Old Man Down the Road, is so succinct and clear, as it contains the passage,
"This case, Fogerty v. Fantasy, Inc., became precedent when the U.S. Supreme Court (1993) overturned lower court rulings and awarded attorneys' fees to Fogerty, without Fogerty having to show that Zaentz's original suit was frivolous."
This page, Fogerty vs. Fantasy, is longer but does it even directly state that Fogerty was awarded attorneys' fees? I read the whole thing twice and I don't think it does! tharsaile (talk) 14:15, 7 October 2015 (UTC)
