European Habitats Directive

edit

Given that the damage to the site made it illegal and it was judged to be such by the EU, what happened in the end? Was there an appeal? Did the relevant authorities let it drop? Was the law broken with impunity? The article doesn't make the outcome of the legal dispute clear. Beorhtwulf (talk) 22:00, 28 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

I was wondering what the end result was as well! sheridan (talk) 13:41, 7 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
Possibly becasue the 'damage' to the site was so small as to be insignificant, it is likely that the directive was simply ignored, possibly inspired by the obvious fact the some other EU states don't pay much attention to EU laws either. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.149.53.190 (talk) 13:45, 15 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

I noticed that page preview of this article doesn't show a horse picture. Is it a problem with the picture, or with the page design, or in the page preview mechanism? Many other pages show the pictures in preview well, like Devizes White Horse. Please fix if possible. 109.252.109.37 (talk) 17:47, 29 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
