Notably: Xherdan Shaqiri is an ethnic Kosovar that plays for the Swiss national team and Bundesliga side F.C. Bayern München.Granit Xhaka is born in Gnjilane, Kosovo and plays for the Swiss national team and Bundesliga side Borussia Mönchengladbach.
