Orphaned references in Hezbollah foreign relations

edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Hezbollah foreign relations's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "Wright":

  • From Israel: Wright, Jacob L. (July 2014). "David, King of Judah (Not Israel)". The Bible and Interpretation.
  • From Hassan Nasrallah: Wright, Robin. "Inside the Mind of Hezbollah." The Washington Post. 16 July 2006. 18 November 2006.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 21:32, 6 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

The Rewards for Justice Program has offered up to $10 million for information leading to disrupt the financial mechanisms of Hezbollah, including certain individuals: Adham Husayn Tabaja, Mohammad Ibrahim Bazzi, and Ali Youssef Charara.[1] UniSail (talk) 20:19, 1 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

I recommend that you have to merge content between Hezbollah#Designation as a terrorist organization or resistance movement and section Hezbollah foreign relations#Designation as a terrorist organization, by using a template (:page title) or something!

In Europe section, you should exclude the United Kingdom from the European Union, then you can add the following:

The UK Government proscribed Hezbollah's External Security Organisation in 2001. In 2008, the ban included other military wings, namely the Jihad Council and other related units.[1] On 25 February 2019, the UK parliament announced that it would introduce new rules to classify Hezbollah in its entirety as a terrorist organisation as "UK authorities say they are no longer able to distinguish between the group's military and political wings."[2] However, the entire organization was proscribed on 1 March 2019.[3] HM Treasury froze the assets of the entire organization on 17 January 2020.[4] 184.22.161.107 (talk) 08:31, 28 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Wrong entries in "Designation as a terrorist organization" section

edit

Source [97] is wrong about Austria and Switzerland having designated Hezbollah as a terrorist organization. Regarding Switzerland, this is even contradicted in the Europe/Switzerland subsection of this very article.

Please remove those two entries, thanks! 80.218.101.238 (talk) 21:22, 20 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
