Proposed merger

I propose to merge Forest Park Heights Historic District into this article, for the following reasons:

• The historic district is part of the neighborhood (and is discussed briefly in the neighborhood article).
• Both articles have serious weaknesses. The neighborhood article is promotional in tone and content, while the HD article is very short and lacks much in the way of meaningful information. A combined article would be of more value to readers than either article is by itself.
• I propose that the HD content should be merged into the neighborhood article (instead of the other way around) because the neighborhood is larger than the HD. --Orlady (talk) 20:52, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
