Lead
editThis article needs an introductory lead paragraph. —Theo (Talk) 10:14, 7 August 2005 (UTC)
I don't understand what the "movie" page is talking about. Is there actually a DTV movie of the episode "Forverer Red"? What's different about it? Is it longer? Where can I find out more about it? - Alph
- I was wondering the same thing. I've never heard of a "Forever Red" movie. I was actually suspecting some misinformation or vandalism here. Unless they had some way of doing a Jetix Blockbuster with it, I doubt that this is credible. I think we should request some type of citation. RabidPanda V 10:54, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
- Most definitely. - Alph
- I Googled "Forever Red Movie", and the first link I found was to this article O_o 24.9.121.137 19:37, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Taboo and Controversy
editSomeone keeps deleating the Taboo and deleating important parts of the controversy section. Why?!
- While the episode's controversy is well-known, I question the final line about "many other one-shot teamup episodes." Unless I've been missing some debate over the years, this is the only episode which has been controversial, and the only "one-shot team-up episode" to strike up controversy. Anybody have an issue with that part of the sentence being removed, or at least changed to something more preferable? JPG-GR 06:28, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
Battlebox
editI'm slightly unclear about why the "battlebox" has been added to this page. It really doesn't add much... or anything... at all. -- Supermorff 14:21, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
- I agree. It adds nothing. 65.40.239.99 23:44, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Trivia
editBefore someone like Chebo returns the Trivia section, I'd love to see some sources for this information. Sounds like a bunch of fanwank, spun to appear as legitimate trivia. - The Dragonmaster 22:26, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
There is a Trivia section again (probably with the same information as mentioned above). No references, so it's going again until they are provided. -- Supermorff 21:46, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
The writer of the episode was a fan before working on the series, so he posted information on a message board about what was originally planned for the episode. Unfortunately by now that topic (& possibly even the message board in question) no longer exists. As a result it would be very difficult, if not impossible, to provide a citation for the trivia. The Quantum Ranger Inclusion
editI don't know how many times I have to say this: The point of it being controversial or upsetting, or whatever is MOOT. The Crimison Ranger did not exist at this time, so his inclusion would have been impossible. The Quantum Ranger was, at the time, the only other Red Ranger to exist on a team beside the main lead. Get over it. - Zero X Marquis 17:14, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
Here here. The Quantum Ranger was red and he was a Ranger. The Crimson Ranger, I believe was in Ninja Storm, and would not come until next season. Either that, or there's another Crimson Ranger I don't know about. 71.111.232.40 14:17, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
Discontinuity
editI noticed something strange in the Discontinuity section. It says:
"The Machine Empire Generals in this episode are reused costumes from Saban's Big Bad Beetleborgs (originally from Toei's B-Fighter), while previously Beetleborgs had been a comic book series in the PR Universe."
Is this really discontinuity? The Machine Empire Generals may just "coincidently" look like comic book characters. I think this should be removed, but I did not want to get in trouble for taking out something I shouldn't.--24.224.184.234 15:39, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
The sentence isn't even that accurate anymore. It used to explain that the Beetleborgs was also a comic within their own series but then someone changed it to that because they found the wording to be too confusing SNS 18:07, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
Fan Club
edit1991 Power Rangers Fan Club? Is that date right? Power Rangers didn't premiere until August of 1993.
Sloppy
editSheesh... could the people who maintain this article be any more sloppy... it is disgusting. Would it hurt if you proof read a little? Plus, most of the content of this article is debatable and inaccurate anyhow. RabidPanda V 00:58, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
Such as? What parts are specificly debatable and inaccurate?
borgs???
editAre those evil astroborgs from big bad beatle borgs? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.191.151.52 (talk) 05:12, 10 March 2007 (UTC).
Movie Version?
editWhat the heck is this movie version? I have never heard of it
Synopsis
editIt says all this stuff on how they contacted the other rangers and stuff. But isn't it stated in the Wild Force/Time Force team-up that all the rangers keep in contact? Andros would just be like, "Wes, got to NASADA, NAO!" 24.9.121.137 19:40, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Venjix.jpg
editImage:Venjix.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Scorpion Rain?
editSo in the Serpentera article, there's a link to something called "Scorpion Rain" that was a hoax or something, but the link goes to this article with no mention of Scorpion Rain anywhere. What's going on? 70.16.5.81 03:39, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
- I know your comment is old, but nonetheless, I've fixed that issue. –Victor (talk) (works) 03:53, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
Rewrite
editI rewrote this article and made it just like (if not better than) Green With Evil and The Fate of Lightspeed. –Victor (talk) (works) 03:42, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
