10-Q Due Date

edit

This is now the second time I have had to change the 10-Q date to the proper filing due date. Unless my sources are wrong, please do not change this to the outdated dates without commenting here. Frank0051 (talk) 15:52, 25 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

10-Q due dates

edit

The filing due date for the 10-Q is 45 days after the quarter-end for non-accelerated filers, 40 days after the quarter-end for accelerated and large accelerated filers. See the Financial Reporting Manual on the SEC website. http://www.sec.gov/divisions/corpfin/cffinancialreportingmanual.pdf

Sorry if I'm doing something wrong, I've never contributed to Wikipedia before.

Andrew, you are indeed correct, it appears both of the prior sources are incorrect. I doubled checked the financial reporting manual against the SEC calendar too. http://www.secfile.net/SEC_calendar.htm. Good job! Frank0051 (talk) 03:52, 27 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Globalize

edit

Added a Globalize/USA tag. Yes, Form 10-Q is specific to the USA, but the language of the article should make that clear up front. Dave (talk) 15:56, 24 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
