The text in the picture is in slightly older French, still perfectly intelligible by a modern reader. In the loooong caption of the gallery, the word "tiré" was erroneously translated as "razed". The phare "tirer un plan" translates quite straightforwardly in "to draw a plan". Noliscient (talk) 11:38, 1 February 2023 (UTC)
