Wrong Facts
editThis article is pretty wrong, but I do not have time now to fix it: The 2MB models presented in 2002 were not the models later sold as Abacus or Fossil watches. The design was different, it should have come in three different flavours (sports, and two other, I cannot really remember at the moment).
The first model actually for sale was the Abacus (NOT Fossil!) AU5005, which came with a black wrist band, and the Fossil FX2008. Both hat same technical specs, but different cases. Later, the Abacus AU5006, AU5008 and Fossil FX2009 model were added, which had the same cases and specs as the other models of the corresponding brand, but different wrist bands.
The AU watches definitely were smaller and sold under the Abacus brand (I guess that's where the "A" in "AU" comes from), while the larger FX models were sold as "Fossil".

- Yes, this matches my memory. Also, all images in this article show the Abacus variant, the actual Fossil Wrist PDA is not shown. 2A01:C23:6845:D100:7C62:7C65:67EA:E1B9 (talk) 10:04, 3 January 2023 (UTC)
