Requested move 14 August 2013
edit- The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. The result of the move request was: move to Founders Tower (Oklahoma City). There appeared to be support for moving it to a title including the phrase "Founders Tower", but there didn't appear to be consensus to usurp the article currently at Founders Tower. If anyone feels that this is the primary topic for "Founders Tower", they should initiate a move request using {{move-multi}} that takes into account a new location for the article about the tower in Oxford. -- tariqabjotu 18:03, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
360 at Founders Plaza → Founders Tower – The building was renamed a while ago (in 2010).[1] Niagara Don't give up the ship 15:27, 14 August 2013 (UTC)

- Oppose there's a rather older tower at Founders Tower, part of Magdalen College, Oxford. That tower doesn't change its name every five minutes for promotional reasons either. Perhaps this one should be Founders Tower (Oklahoma City) and linked through a hatnote from Founders Tower, but I don't see why it should get prime billing. PS next time you want to move an article to your preferred name, please don't rename the opposition out of the way and then forget to mention the competing articles in your reasoning. - Oppose as per Bencherlite. It's not acceptible to move another article without discussion to free up the title for a proposed move. Zarcadia (talk) 20:38, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose target is a different topic, and you need to use AfD to delete it, not RM. -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 04:42, 17 August 2013 (UTC)
Discussion
edit- Any additional comments:
- I feel a move should take place, but am somewhat undecided what name it should be. "United Founders Life Tower" is the NRHP name, so that at least has the benefit of not changing periodically and does not require a disambiguation. Alternatively, "Founders Tower (some dab)" would also be a good option. Chris857 (talk) 03:23, 16 August 2013 (UTC)

Folded plate structure
editI was the project architect for the condo conversion. The folded plates are structural steel, not concrete. The original front canopy over the drop off area was concrete, but the rest of the building roof structure is composed of steel beams, bar joist and metal deck. 136.228.117.200 (talk) 04:49, 27 December 2022 (UTC)
