Missing cites & NPOV
editThe missing citations tag has been added to invite editors to add references for verifiability (and to expand the article). Also, some of the article reads like it is a marketing brochure, so a NPOV needs to be applied. For example, the first section on Academics was copied and pasted from the school's website (http://www.foxcroft.org/academics/program/). This is a copyright violation.
Editors are needed to fix this and expand the article as soon as possible. Otherwise it risks deletion. Thanks for any help provided.
Copyvio concerns: temp page created
editDue to serious copyright violation concerns, several sections of the article have been removed. The original copy has been moved to a temporary page so it may be recovered if the copyvio concerns are satisfactorily resolved.
The editors who contributed the copy in question (listed below) should either obtain permission from the website author(s) to use the content in this article or edit it so it conforms to WP's verifiable sources guidelines.
These article sections appear to have been copied verbatim (or nearly so) from the school's website without attribution or apparent permission from the author(s) —
- Academics
- Campus
- The Schoolhouse
- Currier Library
- Dorms
Also, the article still lacks verifiable sources for most of its content and appears to be original research. This problem has been flagged for nearly two months now and should be addressed as soon as possible. Interested editors should work to resolve these problems or much of the article risks deletion.
