It would be a major improvement of this article if the meaning of the parameters s and alpha are explained in more detail. The logic behind the Fréchet distribution should be given as well. The Fréchet distribution can be considered as the limiting form of some extreme value distribution. I don't really think there should be a link to "CumFreq" software. There are lots of statistical software packages out there were the capability of plotting these distributions, for example R. I'm removing it.
