Frailty (the Banner album) → Frailty (The Banner album) – The word "The" should be capitalized. Jax 0677 (talk) 21:25, 19 December 2021 (UTC)
- Suggestion: Consider just dropping "The", as in Category:The Beatles albums and Category:The Rolling Stones albums. Incidentally, I don't see why Category:The Banner (band) albums isn't just renamed to Category:The Banner albums, since I don't think any other "The Banner" topics have albums. — BarrelProof (talk) 21:58, 19 December 2021 (UTC)
- Is that the norm, though? I checked a few other examples, and they all seemed to include the the. e.g. Together (The New Pornographers album), Angles (The Strokes album), Someday (The Strokes song). Colin M (talk) 20:09, 20 December 2021 (UTC)
- I had forgotten some of the details, and just looked into it. There was an RfC (in which I did not participate) that concluded on 23 August 2019 that "The" should not be included in such parenthetical disambiguators. That conclusion was then overturned on 11 October 2019. The result is that it now depends on the individual band, although consistency across different albums/songs by the same band is desired. See Talk:Scarlet (Rolling Stones song)#Requested move 4 November 2020 which resulted in consistently not including "The" for The Rolling Stones and Talk:Save Yourself (The Chainsmokers and Nghtmre song)#Requested move 6 November 2020 which resulted in including "The" for The Chainsmokers. Those two discussions were running in parallel at the same time. So I suppose I support the move as proposed, since others have supported it and since we don't currently have an established convention about that question (and since this title already has a "the", albeit lowercased). — BarrelProof (talk) 18:58, 23 December 2021 (UTC)

- Support The the the name starts with should be capitalized, as it's a proper name. Also consistent with other disambiguators for bands whose names begin with the. Colin M (talk) 20:10, 20 December 2021 (UTC)
- Support per nom. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:26, 22 December 2021 (UTC)
