this is still a start class article, mainly because it is incomplete. Kellerman is an important figure, and should have more coverage. For example: what was his initial condition in the army, how did he rise through the ranks; what was the situation of the charge at Marengo? The battle of Marengo as a whole changed how the campaign ended, yes, but how did the entire war hinge on this battle? What is the background of it (the battle, the campaign, and the war)? There could be greater clarity on his subsequent behavior, and its impact on his future career. What was his relationship with Napoleon? What is the importance of him being sick, and unable to participate in the Russian campaign? How/why was he disgraced in the Restoration? Under the issue of sources and bias, who says it is one of the most famous charges? (Digby Smith does, but we need a citation). This also needs the biography box.
