Beethoven était tellement sourd que, toute sa vie, il a cru qu'il faisait de la peinture. This is from his book Les Pensées. A better translation, however, would be: "Beethoven was so deaf that all his life..." etc. Begeun (talk) 19:29, 3 January 2022 (UTC)
