Baritone
editThe baritone (previously linked to Tamagno by two solo baritone arias) is truly awful and any links to Cotogni ( a previous wishful; thinking) must be dispelled. In the recently discovered Oath Duet it must be said, by any objective standards, that this unknown Baritone (most likely a next door neighbour) is very bad - out of tune and cannot match the standards of any chorus member in any country today. He is terrible. Get any amateur singer and he could do a better job - totally useless. As I say: "abismal." I suspect he's simply the accompanist - he really cannot sing.
Name
editDoes he have a first name? RickK 05:04, 21 Dec 2003 (UTC)
- What does the second sentence mean? With the dates given, he plainly didn't sing with all those people. Onebyone
recorded history
editI changed the line that read, "...in recorded history..." It was a bit overstated and also an unintentional pun on the fact that he died just as "recorded history" (as in phonograph recordings) started. Jeffmatt 04:28, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
