Children

edit

The Life and Career section lists eight children, beginning with Carlos. The next section states that he renounced his titles in favor of his oldest son Luis - who does not appear on the above list. How many children did he have? I have seen some statements that he had ten. Mannanan51 (talk) 21:33, 20 November 2012 (UTC)Mannanan51Reply

Age at marriage

edit

If he was born in October 1510, and married in September 1526, wouldn't he have been 15 at the date of his wedding, not 16, as listed here? Either that, or his birth or wedding date is off. Mlouns (talk) 23:22, 14 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

He would be in his 16th year. Regardless, i haven’t yet found a source confirming the claim he was born in 1510. He probably would be born earlier since most noblemen married in their 20s in that time to younger girls (mostly late adolescents from 16-19) PrinceofFrancia (talk) 02:20, 2 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

feast day?

edit

The side box gives Oct 3 "1688-1969". This wiki article [Roman Calendar 1960] gives Oct. 10. --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 12:00, 10 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

but he is now Oct 3, no?--2607:FEA8:D5DF:1AF0:F8BE:ECAF:A937:9A56 (talk) 11:51, 3 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
