editAt User:Messhermit's request, I took a shot at copy editing this. I have no idea how to render Jefe del Estado Mayor del Ejercito in English: literally, it should be something like "Chief of the Great State of the Army", but I've never heard a title like that used in English. I suspect the right thing to do would be to try to find an English-language newspaper from the relevant era and see how it was rendered. -- Jmabel | Talk
