Copyright violation and duplicate article

At the same time, this is a duplicate entry. A better entry for the same person is at Francisco Montecillo Padilla and was in place when this entry was moved from Draft space and went live.

There’s nothing here that can be merged to Francisco Montecillo Padilla without repeating the copyright violation. Therefore I plan to delete the content of Francisco Padilla, substituting a redirect.
