Zapped section - 440 non-existant congressional districts

I zapped: "Watchdog.org was featured in the Wall Street Journal when it became the first news organization in the country to provide a complete outline of all 440 non-existent congressional districts created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan website.<ref>{{cite web|author=Post |url=http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704204304574544063776158046.html |title=Wall Street Journal |work=The Wall Street Journal |date=November 19, 2009 |accessdate=January 12, 2012}}</ref>" because the stated source did not say that. Outdated info on this page

My name is Josh Kaib, and I am an employee of the Franklin Center. I wanted to point out that a few of the sections are outdated.

The second paragraph in the introduction cites an old mission statement. You can find the updated mission and vision statement here: http://franklincenterhq.org/about/

That link also gives the states where we have Watchdog.org news bureaus. The section "News bureaus and affiliates" is also outdated.

I noticed two other things that are out of date: the listing of awards won by Franklin Center journalists and the mention of Watchdog Wire on the "News bureaus and affiliates" section. This page lists awards we've won, with links to sources: http://franklincenterhq.org/awards-and-memberships/

Watchdog Wire was discontinued in 2014 and is no longer online. You'll notice the site is not online anymore.

We can't use a Google cache, but here's a Wayback Machine archive we can use. However, the page doesn't say WW was discontinued, it says it was folded into Watchdog Arena. If Arena is mostly inactive, is it fair to presume that WW was never a particularly notable program?
