Why I added the recent death tag
editI know that there was a recent discussion about whether to have the recent deaths tag still in use, and a point was made - it should only be added to articles that are likely to get a lot of attention. At the time of typing, it has been added to Elizabeth Taylor. However, the deaths of this person was mentioned on the news on Radio Four this morning (March 24 2011), so the article might get quite a few views. ACEOREVIVED (talk) 11:25, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
In fact, I see that in the 30 days prior to March 24 2011, it was viewed quite lot of times - I think that the figure was somewhere between 20,000 and 23, 000 views. ACEOREVIVED (talk) 11:28, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
Sorry, it was actuaally 12,323 - but it still reaches quintuple figures. ACEOREVIVED (talk) 11:30, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- Fred Titmus attended the William Ellis N. London Grammar School. (I remember when his selection for the England team was anounced at morning assembly). It would be nice if his old school was mentioned.Miletus (talk) 14:51, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
