On the month of September 2011, Freddy Bernal, was included in the OFAC / US Dept of the Treasury database also known as the Clinton List, as an specially designated narcotics trafficker, which is known to have individuals who are suspected of having activities related to narco-terrorism and which impedes them of having any commercial relationships with US nationals.
