Fair use rationale for Image:Douglass Bulldog.jpg

Image:Douglass Bulldog.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Name of place as Fred Douglass School, and NRHP application doc available

I've added, in bold, mention of what appears the NRHP program name for the place, Fred Douglass School. It sounds a bit unusual to me, i have not heard of other use of informal "Fred Douglass" but rather hear of Frederick Douglass. The NRHP program name for the place is recorded in the National Register's NRIS database, and in this case is listed there as Fred Douglass School. The NRIS database, however, has data entry typos and I wonder in this case if it is correct or not, if a data entry person just chose to enter something informal, or whther the NRHP application for the place actually shows it that way. Hmm, actually for Missouri, the NRHP applications are online, available at http://www.dnr.mo.gov/shpo/Boone.htm for Boone County NRHP sites. And there the school is in fact named Fred Douglass School. Anyhow, there is additional info there about the architecture and so on; this is a source which could be used to develop this article. doncram (talk) 08:59, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
