I found this HTML comment in the article and am moving it here: "note that this is a PRIMARY source, if secondary sources can be established for this fact those are preferred." This refers to using to an APS pub to establish APS membership. In this situation, its use doesn't seem primary, since it is not published by the subject of the article.
