Is this a misspelling of some better-known chemical? All Google has for it are mirrors and copies of this very page. Categorizing

In the pull down menu at the bottom is there any compelling reason to count Ruysch among Renaissance naturalists rather than Enlightenment ones, considering he was a contemporary of at least the earlier Enlightenment/Scientific Revolution naturalists such as Hooke? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.26.249.57 (talk) 07:25, 21 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
