October 2012 print publication?

The U.S. Library of Congress catalogs a "collector's edition" of Insurgent (novel) published October 2012 (at least in the U.S.), only a few months after the first edition. As I wrote in the lead section of our novel article,

(quote) including about 43 pages of extra material: "Contains Free Four, a pivotal scene retold, faction tattoos, poster, and much more!".

Internally that quotes the publisher description of the collector's edition as in its LCCatalog record.[1]
