Thanks for your efforts with this article. With only five references, the main issue is breadth of coverage. I believe there are several additional reviews available, including: William Pannill, Journal of Southern History, Vol. 68, 2002, and Dwight L. Teeter Jr, Journalism and Mass Communication Quarterly, January 1, 2001. These should be discussed in an effort to provide a broader perspective on the book. Expanding the Author section would also help. I am putting the article "on hold". Johnfos (talk) 00:09, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
- Okay, I will look into adding some additional sources for further reference and expansion. Thank you for the helpful suggestions, -- Cirt (talk) 05:31, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
- Update: I expanded the article. I added sourced material to the Author section. I also added referenced info to the Reception section, including one of the reviews helpfully recommended above, in addition to several others. I quadrupled the amount of references cited in the article. I added some secondary source coverage to the Reception section, showing how it has been perceived in other academic scholarship. diff Hopefully this is satisfactory. ;) Cheers, -- Cirt (talk) 17:21, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
