Merge: Religion in Vietnam (section)

edit

I'm just leaving a note here to oppose a merge of the Religious freedom section of Religion in Vietnam into this article, for the sake of leaving a brief overview of the state of religious freedom in that article. Religion is a touchy topic for many people related to Vietnam, and it would most probably be against NPOV to remove any and all references to it from the main Religion article. Moreover, that section has been tagged since March 2008, apparently with no discussion of the issue; does that mean it should be untagged, or is there still a discussion to be had on the topic? I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that, if the issue garners no further discussion in the next two or three months, the tag should just be deleted. --dragfyre (talk 19:20, 8 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Wow, I like this country. Organized religion is for groupthinking oppressive troublemakers. It's about time the tables were turned. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.161.251.19 (talk) 20:50, 23 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
