This article is in good shape. I have a few comments:

• suggest linking "Arsenal de Brest" for the builder in the infobox rather than the city article

• the infobox says "Sunk as target ship in 1913" but her fate is unknown
  • Fixed - I apparently forgot to go over that part of the box
• you could link French Navy at first mention in the body
  • Good idea
• suggest after construction began after it became apparent→after construction began when it became apparent, to avoid two "after"s close together
