This article is in great shape. I have a few comments:

  • in the lead, suggest "She was last member of the four-ship Terrible class."
    • Works for me
  • in the lead, "thus reduced their ability to be usefully employed" outside of coastal operations?
    • Added
  • in Design, include the number of propellers
    • Good catch
  • link knots
    • Done
  • "22-caliber guns mounted in individual barbette mounts"
    • Department of Redundancy Department calling...
  • two or four 47 mm? Do sources vary or is Gardner unsure?
    • Gardiner doesn't know - he says "2/4 3-pdr"
  • suggest "nearly submerged entirely"→"almost entirely submerged"
    • Sometimes I wonder how much of a native speaker I am ;)
  • Marengo, Furieux, Brest and flagship are duplinked
    • Fixed
  • the Modifications section says all of her TTs were removed, but the Service history section says only two were?
    • Confusion between Requin and the others, I think - they only had 2 removed, but Requin lost all of hers
  • are Indomptable and Caïman not likely to be notable?
    • Indeed, they're two of Requin's sister ships - I probably assumed they had already been linked
  • suggest adding the NHHC template to the USGov tag on File:Requin (1888 ironclad).jpg
    • Done

That's all I have. Placing on hold for the above to be addressed. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 09:32, 1 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
