Indo-Chine stamps overprinted CHINE

edit

Isn't it generally now believed that Indo-Chine stamps overprinted CHINE were only issued in the Post Offices in the South, run by French Indo-China? Certainly I haven't seen any of these stamps with postmarks other than the Indo-Chinese POs. The implication in the article is that these were available in the 'Paris-run' offices. (By the way, should the Indo_Chinese POs be labelled 'Hanoi-run' to match 'Paris-run'?) [1] WestNab (talk) 01:04, 13 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
