I added this article because I felt it fit within the context of the library community, and similar to the lisitng for American Library Assoiciation, my text explains the purpose of Friends groups, our stated mission or aims, our role in the library community, and extenral links to a number of national Friends of Library Associations.

I am currnetly in contact with all group listed to discuss further the expansion of this webiste whether we add logos, and generally how we plan to collaborate to adding to this article.

This is my first wiki attempt, so I may be missing a point here??
