Bias
editIt seems to me that this article is hugely biased and in need of extensive rewriting to present a more balanced narrative. Statements like the claim that the FIDF eases "the burden that the Israel Defense Forces' soldiers and their families carry on behalf of the Jewish community worldwide" reveal a tremendous pro-IDF bias. For some reason, the article at no point mentions controversy even though a quick Google search reveals that the FIDF has a long history of facing protests, boycotts, and other controversies, unsurprising considering the toxic reputation that the IDF itself has for many throughout the world. Despite all the controversy the FIDF has faced, anyone just learning about the organization from this article would probably believe the IDF was an organization of pacifist saints and the whole thing reads like it was written by an FIDF publicist.
I'd like to add a controversy section and rewrite other areas of the article to show less bias but thought I would bring this issue up here first to see about starting a discussion. User:Markshark98 3:10, 30 April 2016
