I have assessed this article against the Milhist B-Class criteria and it needs some work on the citations. It could also do with some work on the lead. I notice that the |peer-review=yes has been entered into the milhist template:
If you only wanted a quick assessment then please remove the code and leave future assessment requests at WP:MHA#REQ.
Assessed it as B now, it is looking good. The WP:LEAD needs expanding now, it should be a couple of paragraphs long and should summarise the article completely. I also think this line needs citing: The presence of the Warnen at the mouth of the Rhine is till now unclear but it appears they were likely crushed between the Frisians and Franks.
