Water reservoir?
editThe lack of any mention of electricity would imply this dam was built as a water reservoir, and not for electricity, flood control, or recreational use. The purposes of this dam and its rebuilt should state the purpose or purposes of this dam explicitly.--Dthomsen8 (talk) 00:41, 14 November 2017 (UTC)
