Union Pacific station vs. other one
editI have multiple pics ready to upload of both stations, which are both listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). Not sure if one or two separate articles should be created, or if i should create two sections for the two NRHP-listed stations, in this article. doncram (talk) 03:14, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- If you have one for the Union Pacific Depot, load it up anyway. It could be used as a supplemental pic, plus it would replace the duplicate pic on the NRHP in Orange County list. ----DanTD (talk) 21:02, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
Overloaded infobox
editThe infobox is unnecessarily long and overloaded. There is only one address for the Transportation Center - the other one is a restaurant. The "line" information is redundant since exactly the same information is show under "services". The AT&SF info under services is useless since it does not provide proper succession - which is the main funcion of a succession template. That should be covered by the story within the body of the article. Secondarywaltz (talk) 21:19, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
- Really? I was under the impression the entire transportation center included both old stations. ----DanTD (talk) 23:20, 21 June 2012 (UTC)
- C'mon now! That is what the article and references say and if you go to the website for The Old Spaghetti Factory you will find a restaurant at 100 East Santa Fe Avenue, in the relocated building. Secondarywaltz (talk) 23:50, 21 June 2012 (UTC)
Amtrack #4
editWHO KEEPS CHANGING THE INFORMATION ON AMTRAK #4???? I HAVE PUT IN MULITPLE TIMES THAT #4 IS ON TRACK NUMBER ONE!!! YET SOMEONE KEEPS CHANGING IT!!! STOP CHANGING IT!!!! TRAIN FOUR USES TRACK ONE (YES GOING EAST BOUND)!!! #4 is routed thru Fullerton on track ONE because it is easier to load all the baggage without having to take it across the tracks. (Also there is a (timetable) westbound Metrolink that often arrives while #4 is in the station. PLEASE STOP CHANGING THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Eastbound Southwest Chief uses track ONE!
editThe Eastbound Southwest Chief uses track number ONE! Please stop changing it to indicate it uses track three. It does NOT use track three.
Please stop changing the track for Number 4. It uses track one. I have pointed this out several times now. PLEASE stop changing it!!!

Just keep changing it to the wrong information. I'll just keep changing it back to the correct information.

To James.
editI'm sorry. I'm not trying to edit war. I have seen #4 many times, because I live near there. With very rare exceptions, it uses track #1. I don't know how to provide sources, since I am the source. I am not trying to edit war or cause disruption. I'm just trying to ensure that the information is correct, and I'm sorry about breaking the template. What other information would you like me to provide?
