I'm being bold and removing the proposed merger template because:
1) proposer didn't see fit to leave their reasoning in the talk page they linked to (not a problem in itself, but might suggest they didn't feel terribly strongly about it), and
2) nothing in this article is specific to the brain or neurons. The first two sentences alone communicate that pretty effectively if read...

Perhaps Myocardial MR Perfusion Imaging needs to be added to the list of modalities, although there's no dedicated page for it. There's a page on myocardial perfusion imaging which is about SPECT, it seems: Myocardial perfusion imaging. There are other types of MR perfusion imaging.
