Definition

I thought a fundamental wasn't just "something basic"; it was something so basic that it couldn't be built out of more basic things (eg a proton is not a fundamental particle - properly called an elementary particle - but an electron appears to be). Brianjd | Why restrict HTML? | 06:58 26 Nov 2004

Fundamentalism

The Fundamental article implies that the term "fundamentalism" is mainly used with religion. The Fundamentalism article implies that the term "fundamentalism" is only used with religion. Which is correct? Brianjd | Why restrict HTML? | 05:11, 2 October 2005 (UTC)

Also, there are 2 links to the "fundamentalism" page. One should be removed. I nominate the one in "see also" TheDoubtingDisease (talk) 19:06, 29 July 2013 (UTC)

A did a clean per MoS. There was the following dicdef. Maybe it has a place in Wikipedia:

Suggesting that John Stockton be placed back on this article

The removal of John Stockton from this article has left a black hole of fundamentalism. Very disappointing and I suggest it be added back on here. Tearprod (talk)

Not a neutral point of view
