Dear friends
I made the article Fundamental astronomy book when i saw the article about the book
A Question and Answer Guide to Astronomy. fundamental astronomy is a very more important
and fundamental than that. it is a textbook in a lot of universities and science colleges.
besides, students who want to take part in International Astronomy Olympiad use this book
as the main reference. i tried to use the cover page, but it was deleted by wiki.
this book covers almost all the aspects of astronomy and has a look at cosmology.

Over 162 Wikipedia articles cite/mention the book. It is widely used in syllabus at top schools like Harvard and many other schools. It is listed here (Harvard) in a "core list of Astronomy books" to assist librarians in building astrophysics collections. Per WP:NBOOK #1, it has been widely reviewed in reliable sources (academic journals etc). There are about 20 to 25 professional reviews at least. Most of them can be found by doing this Google search: review "Fundamental Astronomy" site:http://adsabs.harvard.edu
