Ben is going ot appear in his AF form

5 years?

Actually, Mandy looked almost exactly the same as her cartoon counterpart in a screenshot I saw, and so did Edd Ed and Eddy. Only Dexter seemed to look older, but I believe this is because Dexter comes back in time, but everyone else is their present version. As 71.237.218.19 notes, these characters have been redrawn in a different style. Some are older to fit that style, and generally all of them are a bit taller (or shorter in Ben's case). It's in the self help section on the site, although now that I've looked at it closely, they say that they will actually reveal more info on the characters in the game at a later point. As for the new nanos, they had a contest a while back talking about inventing nanos. I won by the way. Characters
