Future of the Indian Railways → Proposed changes to Indian Railways – Wikipedia:CRYSTALBALL says "Wikipedia does not predict the future". So, I think the proposed title is more appropriate as it does not claim what the future of Indian Railways will be. Gaurav (talk) 10:21, 28 February 2016 (UTC)
