As stated in http://www.protectedplanet.net/5209, of World Database on Protected Areas , IUCN category of this park is V and not II and as stated in http://www.gov.ph/1938/10/08/proclamation-no-327-s-1938/ from Philippines Official Gazette, the correct name for the park is "FUYOT SPRING NATIONAL PARK".
