editGuler was the state i9n Himachal Pradesh and the rajas used to live in Mehal at Haripur where the Fort is still existing, though not in well maintained position, situation at height at one bank of small river Baner (locally called as Bander) and the other Mehal was situated at Nandpur just at a distance of about 5 kms from Haripur Fort on the other side of Baner river.
