Discrepancy on release version dates
editI noticed that release version dates on this article correspond to when a GIMP website post was made announcing the release, and not when the version was created and tagged in the repository. For version 2.10.36, the post came on November 7, 2022[1], but the release was tagged on November 5.[2] Should we convert the release dates to the ones from the code repository?
The current download page also has the date November 5: "The current stable release of GIMP is 2.10.36 (2023-11-05)."

editThere is a fork of GIMP names Glimpse. The (disambiguation) page Glimpse links here, but there is no mention of that name. Okterakt (talk) 23:35, 16 April 2024 (UTC)
